She owns JennPaintt Nail Lounge in Los Angeles, serving both stars and everyday clients with everything from manicures to eyelash extensions.
Her forte is nail art, where she skillfully blends gel paint, polish, gemstones, and stickers to create eye-catching designs like airy clouds or vibrant spring flowers that last roughly two to three weeks.
Celebrities like Paris Hilton and Hailey Bieber are among her clients, and her designs have appeared in advertisements for major brands like Apple, Converse, and Chanel.
In 2022, Nguyen’s salon brought in over $600,000, and she anticipates an even higher revenue in 2023 as her clientele expands.
Nguyen initially started at Hofstra University but left to support her family financially.
She moved from New York to Los Angeles in 2019, shifting from teaching to entrepreneurship, fueled by her competitive spirit and quest for independence.
