A 29-year-old has turned a TikTok side hustle into a lucrative business, generating over $2 million annually by teaching Microsoft Excel. She began her ‘Miss Excel’ account in June 2020, quickly gaining a large following.
Living with her parents and facing student debt, she launched an Excel course on her website, which soon eclipsed her income as a management consultant.
By January 2021, she fully committed to her entrepreneurial path, creating various courses to enhance career skills. Her breakthrough came in October 2021, earning $100,000 in a single day.
Today, her business is thriving, and her boyfriend, Mike, has joined as CFO and VP of sales since April 2022. She achieves this success by working just four hours a day.
